Does anyone know anything about INGDirect? (( ingdirect.com )) as far as banking goes?

They have some reeeeaaallly attractive interest rates on savings and checking accounts and I thought I would ask around to see if anyone had any experience with them, or knows of someone, or knows where I should ask.

I've had an INGdirect savings account for several years now. Never had a problem. Granted, I use it as a kind of long term with reasonably quick liquidity savings, meaning that I don't pull money out very often, and when I do, it's planned, so if I need to wait a day or three for the electronic transfer to go through, it's ok.
